CEO CFO親自面試 求職者竟被壓價逾一萬元:「咁樣壓價真係好意思?」

近日,一名香港求職者在社交平台Threads分享了一段荒謬的面試經歷,引起網民熱議。該求職者透露,他受邀參加一場面試,對象竟是公司CEOCFO,原以為是一次誠意十足的招聘,豈料對話僅持續15分鐘,對方就直言其薪金預期與公司預算相差逾萬元,求職者期望約$40,000,公司僅能提供$20,000尾,並詢問他是否願意接受。

 

求職者當場拒絕,並直斥對方浪費他的時間:「你哋HR冇做好前期篩選?咁樣壓價真係好意思?」他更質疑CEOCFO是否太過清閒,竟親自參與這種「無謂」面試,最後只能無奈離場。

 

 

HR純粹「充數」 CEO出價「痴線」

 

此事曝光後,眾多網民留言分享自己類似的求職經歷,並批評該公司做法不專業,甚至有人認為HR純粹「充數」,根本沒仔細篩選求職者履歷,才導致這種離譜的面試情況發生。有網民表示:「我試過請跟單,HR硬塞了一堆不相關的履歷給我,我選了5個,但最後卻多約了4個讓我見,結果全是PhD、曾任總監的人選,明顯與職位要求不符,我根本請不起!」

 

另一名網民則笑言:「我啱啱先俾人壓低兩萬人工,贏晒!對方浪費咗我45分鐘面試,最後才話比唔到我expected薪金,離譜到我以為自己聽錯!」

 

此外,有人質疑:「如果佢覺得你唔值咁高薪,咁點解要請你?如果呢個職位值得呢個價,但你唔啱,就直接話唔請你,而唔係壓你工資啦!」還有網民批評:「CEO覺得你啱又唔肯加budget,點解唔請個新手培訓?明顯就係想搵個經驗豐富又願意平人工做嘢嘅『傻仔』。」

 

預算不足卻想請高級人才?

 

部分網民指出,這類情況在香港職場並不少見,一些企業希望用低薪聘請高資歷人才,導致求職者頻頻被「試探底線」。有網民認為:「如果見到CFOCEO,通常都係VP或營運總監級別的職位,仲要壓成萬蚊?間公司都唔方好啦!」

 

此事件反映了香港職場的一個現象——部分企業在招聘時沒有明確的薪資策略,導致求職者與僱主之間的預期嚴重錯配,最終浪費雙方時間,亦影響企業形象。
